Mr Siddhesh Kulkarni and Mr Vikrant Yadav,
the Young Creatives Team of Leo Burnett
(Orchard Advertising), Mumbai were adjudged
the winning team in the national creative
initiative taken by the Advertising Agencies
Association of India (AAAI), on Friday,
February 8, 2008.

This winning team will be flown to Pattaya
by 23rd March 2008, courtesy SOTC Holidays
of India (Division of Kuoni Travel India
(Pvt) Ltd), India's largest travel company.
There they will be the official Indian representatives
at the prestigious Asia Pacific Young Creatives
Workshop 2008 which will be held on 24-26
March 2008. They will also be guests of
the AdFest, (Asia Pacific Advertising Festival)
Asia’s premier creative awards function
scheduled for 26-29 March 2008. All together
the winning team will be away for seven
(7) days.
The AAAI organized this national contest
among AAAI Member Agencies and invited entries
on the theme 'Girl Education'. The 114 entries
received from 25 agencies were judged by
Mr K V Sridhar, National Creative Director,
Leo Burnett India Pvt Ltd, Mr Josy Paul,
Chairman and National Creative Director,
BBDO India and Mr Bobby Pawar, National
Creative Director, Mudra Communications
Pvt Ltd.
Announcing the results Mr Vinod Nair, Convener
of the Jury said that he was delighted with
the unanimous choice of the judges. He thanked
the judges for so readily coming forward
to spare their time to aid and abet this
initiative of the AAAI to foster and nurture
young creative talent from among the members
of the Advertising Agencies Association
of India.
